I have always believed that Gardner has a bright future ahead and now it is our time to shine.
Gardner is yet again one of the fastest growing cities in Kansas, and we have some amazing opportunities just around the corner.
Capitalizing on these opportunities will allow our community to continue to develop, and offer the amenities we love while removing some of the burdens from our residents.
When I look at the conditions of our City’s infrastructure I don’t see conditions that I believe are befitting our community.
Over the last few years, we have seen many improvements but we still have much that needs to be done.
While those improvements are happening it is time for us to look towards tomorrow. It is
Parks and Recreation
I believe that we have one of the finest Parks and Recreation departments in the state. The number of activities and services offered combined with park space is one of the things that makes Gardner such a great place to live and raise a family.
As our Parks Department continues to add programs that we love, it is important that we give them the support required to accomplish the tasks.
These services benefit our community in so many ways and will help to keep Gardner an attractive place to raise a family while bringing in visitors from other communities.
I’m inspired by the amazing people who have worked hard to make our community an amazing place to live.
We need leaders in our community beyond just election years. People with their feet on the ground actively participating in making our city great.
I want to help carry on the tradition of so many people who came before me that truly served in our community, and have inspired me to be involved and stay involved.
